Pursuant to NRS 294A.120(9), total contributions that exceed $100.00 up to $5,000.00 (the maximum amount allowed under NRS 294A.100) from any one person or entity made during the primary election period (up to June 12, 2018), the Committee must report both their name and address to the Secretary of State. Thereafter, additional contributions may be made during the general election period (June, 13, 2018 to December 6, 2018), but again contributions may not exceed the total maximum amount of $5,000.00. Likewise, if the total amount of contributions during this second period of time exceed $100.00, the name and address of the contributor must also be reported to the Secretary of State by the Committee.
